Group Fitness Class Instruction Styles: Zumba® (see link for more information), Hi/Low, Cycling, Step, Interval, Ball and Weights, Boot Camp Kickboxing, Muscle Conditioning, Pilates, Yoga/Pilates/Mind-Body Fusion, Stretch, Mature Fit and Aqua Fit.

Personal Training: Personal programs, including muscle conditioning, pilates and mind-body fusion, are created according to the needs and requests of each individual. Specific emphasis is given to inspiring beginners to embark on their own fitness journey of getting fit and toned, feeling energetic and reaching new heights of wellness.

Fitness Qualifications:

Sandra began her fitness journey at 11 years old when her grade 5 teacher introduced the class to jogging. She engaged in a number of different activities through her teen years and eventually joined a gym and participated in various types of group fitness classes. Through fitness Sandra discovered her inner stamina, determination and belief in herself. She learned how to move the "line" on perceived limits, and what was once impossible was now possible. This was quite an inspiring and empowering journey.

After seeing herself teaching fitness classes in her mind's eye for over 10 years, she embarked on training programs to commence teaching in 2004 and has continued expanding her repertoire of qualifications. Below is list of current certifications Sandra possesses:
